Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS)

At least 8 in each 10 women have the Premenstrual Syndrome, the PMS.
PMS is a collection of physical, emotional and psychological symptoms that usually appear 1 or 2 weeks before the menstrual cycle and that generally disappear when the menstrual flow starts.
There are more than 150 symptoms related, and the most common are abdominal bloating and camps, stress, anxiety, headache, acne and mood swings.
And there are lots of kinds of PMS too, like the anxious, the stressed, the candies compulsive and the fat one.
Some food can help decreasing or rising the PMS. You should avoid: sugar, fat, alcohol and salt.
And you must eat several times a day, in small portions to reduce the will of eating candies and heavy food.

What a man should or shouldn’t say to a woman in this period:

Dangerous: What do we have to dinner?
Safe: Can I help you with the dinner?
Safer: Where do you wanna go dinner?
Ultra safe: Here, eat this chocolate.

Dangerous: Are you going to wear that?
Safe: Hummm, you look good in brown.
Safer: Wow! You look like a cat!
Ultra safe: Here, eat this chocolate.

Dangerous: Why are you nervous?
Safe: Aren’t we exaggerating this?
Safer: Take 100 reais.
Ultra safe: Here, eat this chocolate.

Dangerous: Should you be eating that?
Safe: Why don’t you eat an apple?
Safer: Do you wanna a glass of wine?
Ultra safe: Here, eat this chocolate.

Dangerous: What did you do all day long?
Safe: I hope you haven’t work too much today.
Safer: I love when you wear those pajamas!
Ultra safe: Here, eat this chocolate.

So, men, take care with us, we can be dangerous in this period. ;)
